The Role

We’re looking for a high-caliber Online Go-To-Market to own and grow Codistry’s online sales and acquisition channels.

This role is about being highly analytical, while thinking out of the box: identifying different ICPs, creating messaging and campaigns for those specific ICPs, testing acquisition and CAC, and iterating.

You’ll work closely with leadership to translate what we do into compelling messages.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly energetic and ambitious.

The market opportunity here is huge, so it is really up to you to push limits.

What You’ll Do
Own and manage Codistry’s online Go-To-Market
Identify ICPs, create specific messaging and media
Test different acquisition channels
Closely monitor budgets, CAC and ROI
Identify alternative acquisition channels when necessary
Scale up acquisition and the team
Who You Are
Extremely energetic and focused individual
You must be highly analytical, able to prepare budgets, present CAC and ROI numbers
Strong understanding of trends and shifts in online acquisition
Experience building successful online GTM campaigns
Highly creative and experimental: we need to test multiple messages, multiple ICPs and identify opportunities
Curious, fast-learning, and opinionated (in a good way)
