What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM onboarding, or revenue productivity within high-growth companies, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS Direct GTM experience carrying a bag, working as a Solutions Engineer, or operating in a quota-carrying role to understand the sales motion from the inside Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual environments Deep familiarity with MEDDPPICC, MEDDIC, and value-based selling methodologies such as Command of the Message or Challenger Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed, global organization What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to build personalized learning agents or agentic enablement tools Experience as an Account Executive or Solutions Engineer with a track record of quota attainment in cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure SaaS Demonstrated ability to connect global onboarding program design to attainment metrics and in-person facilitation across diverse cultures #LI-EV1 #LI-Hybrid Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
