Partner with Product and Engineering early enough to influence the product roadmap, priorities, onboarding, packaging, proof, and the customer experience. Equip Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and partners with the stories and tools they need to create customer value. Bring competitive and market insight into product and go-to-market decisions, and identify opportunities to sharpen differentiation. Set objectives and measures for customer adoption, retention, and commercial impact. Make practical recommendations using data and opportunity sizing to highlight the business and customer opportunity. Use AI to improve research, synthesis, analysis, workflow automation, and product marketing quality, with strong judgement and verification.
